We are always interested in hearing feedback from our patients, good or bad. Below are the ways you can provide feedback. All our feedback is collated and reviewed on a regular basis with our Patient Participation Group.
Friends and family test
If you have had a recent interaction with the surgery please rate us on 'how likely you would be to recommend us to your friends and family'. You can also leave comments on your recent experiences. You can find paper copies of these short surveys in the surgery or fill it out and submit it online.
Review us on the NHS website
NHS UK is the main directory for all NHS services available in the UK. Our surgery information can be found on the website and you can also leave a review using the button below.
Review us on Google
Reviews on Google provide valuable information about our practice to both patients and our staff. Google Business Reviews appear next to our listing in Maps and Searches, and can help our practice stand out on Google.
Patient survey results
Recent survey results show Sunray surgery is performing well above the local and national average in all the answers collected.
All the staff in Sunray Surgery would like to thank all the patients who took the time to answer these questions in response to an NHS England request and we will continue to provide a similar service to our registered patients.
Please note that from 2023 Ipiato was not in a place to collect patient satisfaction surveys. Our surgery introduced the new process in November 2023.
